Next for Save Decorah's JC Penney's group--a trip to Penney's headquarters?

A petition urging JC Penney's to keep open its Decorah store now has nearly 4,200 signatures.  The petition will continue to run while petition organizers pursue their contacts with officials at JC Penney's headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Several people may be boarding a plane in the future to present the petition and its signatures to JC Penney's officials, including the special messages people who signed the petition wrote on-line about their ties to the Decorah store.
