JB Holland is the apparent low bidder on a project involving North Winn Road

The Iowa Department of Transportation has opened bids on a project to install two new culverts on North Winn Road as part of a larger project to redo the road.

Plans call for two new culverts to be installed--one near Seed Savers and the second just north of 320th Street, over Madison Creek.

JB Holland of Construction submitted the apparent low bid of $1,513,522.91.  There were two other bids received by IADOT--one from Skyline Construction for $1,711,797.30 and another from Gus Construction Co. for $2,320,036.75.
