Quilts of Valor progran receives WCCF grant

The Decorah Quilts of Valor program has received a grant from the Winneshiek County Community Foundation for its 2017 Veteran's Day project.
The money will be used to purchase patriotic fabric and other supplies needed to create 16 Quilts of Valor for Winneshiek County Veterans touched by war. Winneshiek County Community Foundation chair Lorraine Borowski recently presented the check to Quilts of Valor.
