(Jan asks Mr. Answer Person: "Where are agendas for upcoming city committee meetings posted?  I can't find any of them on the new format of the city's website"):

Mr. Answer Person says: "We asked your question of the designer of the new city website, Cori Peterson of IROC Webs.  He said the agendas of city commissions such as the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Board of Adjustment and the Telecommunications Utility Board were lumped in with city council agendas when the new website design first went live.

But he's now given each committee its own line for agendas.  You can access these agendas through the "Government" tab of the website, or go to the direct link: http://www.decorahia.org/meeting-minutes-agendas."
