Decorah resident arrested on OWI charge

Decorah Police say officers arrested a Decorah man around 1:00 Wednesday morning.

Officers had stopped 25-year-old Eshetie Tarekegn of Decorah on Ohio Street near the Community Prairie. After an investigation, they charged him with First Offense Operating While Under the Influence and took him to the Winneshiek County Jail.
