Toppling Goliath Brewing Company's collaboration with The Field Museum in Chicago is about to get bigger. The brewery has announced it will be supplying a second beer--King Sue Double IPA—to be served on draft in the museum bistro, with bottles to be sold in the Main museum store.
King Sue will be the second Toppling Goliath beer offered at The Field Museum. The brewery and the museum started collaborating earlier this year when Toppling Goliath supplied Pseudo Sue, the pale ale named after the famous SUE T-Rex skeleton displayed at the museum.
The addition of King Sue coincides with The Field Museum's Jurassic World Exhibit, which opens May 26th and runs until January 7th.
