Chicago actor, singer, and songwriter Peter Oyloe--a Decorah native--will return to Decorah May 12th for a concert in support of his EP of original material, "When The Wide World Roars."
The songs on the EP represent a sampling of an extensive catalog of new compositions that Oyloe has accumulated since his previous releases.
He will perform at Lingonberry (218 W. Water Street) at 8:00 p.m. May 12th. Tickets are $10 in advance through www.peteroyloe.com or $12 at the door.
In addition to writing and playing music, Peter Oyloe is a five-time Best Actor award winner around the country, and has been honored with nominations three more times. His most prominent role has been country music legend Hank Williams, Senior in "Hank Williams: Lost Highway," which he has played everywhere from Chicago to Cincinnati to upstate New York to Knoxville.
