Winneshiek Medical Center welcomes new psychologist

Mayo Clinic Health System psychologist Claire Haedike has joined the behavioral health practice staff at WMC Decorah Clinic. She will work collaboratively with Ronald Hougen, Bridgette Hensley, Hannah Schroeher and Karen Nielsen to provide clients care for mental health concerns and conditions.

Dr. Haedike earned her BA in Psychology from Luther College and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Eagan, MN. She went on to earn her Doctor of Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, work stress, career counseling, young adults, life transitions, women's issues, and relationship problems. Dr. Haedike treats adolescents and adults, ages 16 and older.

She says, "I'm excited to return to Decorah to serve the health needs of the area."
