NICC Calmar will be hosting a Career Pathway Day starting at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Approximately 200 students from 16 area high schools are expected to attend the event to explore careers and NICC programs, participate in an employer panel and meet the College's career coaches in a Lunch & Learn session.
Among the programs they can learn about are Accounting Specialist, Advanced Manufacturing, Construction and Ag Career Pathway Certificates, Agriculture Business, Agriculture Production, Automotive Technology, Beef Science Technology, Carpentry, Commercial, Residential and Industrial Electrician, Computer Technology, Networking and Programming, Cosmetology , Dairy Science Technology and Dental Assisting, Early Childhood Education, Emergency Medical Technician, Gas Utility Construction and Service, Health Career Pathway Certificates, Health Information Technology, John Deere TECH, Large Animal Veterinary Technician, Medical Assistant, Nursing and Respiratory Care.
