NICC has been recognized for its on-line learning offerings

NICC has been recognized as one of the best schools in the U.S. for online learning in 2016-17 by Affordable Colleges Online.

ACO is an organization that is dedicated to providing information about colleges, degree programs and scholarships that assist students in developing their academic plans.

In developing their ranking system, ACO used a variety of scoring metrics, including in-state tuition and fees, student-to-faculty ratio and the availability of academic/career counseling services. Out of thousands of U.S. colleges with online degree programs, NICC ranked 42.

"We are always striving to improve student learning," said Kyle Collins, director of online and blended learning at NICC.
