Ridgeway man arrested on sexual abuse charge

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says it has arrested a Ridgeway man.

19-year-old Dylan Hart was taken into custody at 5:00 a.m. Sunday on a charge of Third Degree Sexual Abuse, a felony.

He is being held in the Winneshiek County Jail.
