Decorah police make late night arrest

Thursday night at approximately 11:25 p.m., the Decorah Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Montgomery Street.

18 year old Estaban Rodriguez of Decorah was found to have operated a motor vehicle while being impaired. Rodriguez was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia.

Rodriguez was arrested and jailed for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired, Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
