Rally in Decorah Thursday promotes affordable health care

About 50 Northeast Iowa residents took part Thursday in a "pop up rally" to promote providing affordable health care for everyone.

The rally at the Norm Smith Plaza on Water Street in downtown Decorah was held by the group "Indivisible Northeast Iowa."

Similar rallies were held Thursday in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls and Dubuque.
