Two citations issued following a two-vehicle crash

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident on Co Rd W38/Locust Road near State Line Road early Wednesday morning.

36-year-old Phillip Ditto of La Crosse, WI lost control of his 2015 Ford Truck on the snow covered road, crossed the center line and struck 42-year-old Stephanie McMillan's 2004 Chevrolet Truck. Ditto's vehicle ended up in the ditch. No ambulance transport was needed.

Ditto was cited for failure to maintain control. McMillan was cited for no valid driver's license.
