Decorah Police investigation leads to charges

The Decorah Police Department conducted an investigation on Sumner Street on Thursday evening which led to charges being filed.

21-year-old Christina Nelson of Decorah, 19-year-old Hanna Garbes of Waukon, and 18-year-old Angela Dee of Prairie du Chien were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
