New Albin man arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested a New Albin man Wednesday morning.
48-year-old John Fink was arrested in Lansing around 10:00 on a warrant for a probation violation. He was driven to Decorah, then booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
