Letter to the Editor: Don't build an elementary school on Anderson Prairie

(Sharon Rossman of Decorah has submitted the following Letter to the Edtior):

"Please consider saying "No" to the Decorah Public Schools' request for seven  acres of Anderson Prairie. 

Prairie takes years and decades to rebuild successfully.  Anderson Prairie has 23 years of hard work and scientific research invested already. We all benefit from the flood water abatement, carbon sequestering, and habitat protection of plants and insects, some endangered, that are becoming rarer across our state.
