Gundersen named one of the country's top 50 hospitals

Gundersen Health System's La Crosse hospital has been named one of the top 50 hospitals in the United States.

The recognition by Healthgrades® places Gundersen among the top one percent of more than 4,500 hospitals nationwide—for the fourth consecutive year.

Healthgrades analyzes the most current three years of publicly available Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services patient data for millions of people and from more than 4,500 hospitals in the U.S. For 2017, the evaluations are for calendar years 2013-2015
