Decorah Police check on cigarette sales law compliance

The Decorah Police Department says it conducted tobacco sale compliance checks Saturday.  Seven of the eight businesses in Decorah that sell tobacco were found to be in complaince.  The 8th business---Casey's on Old Stage Road--was found to not be in compliance and was charged with selling tobacco to a minor.
