Minneapolis woman arrested on drug possession charges

Decorah Police say they have filed criminal charges against a MInneapolis woman after a traffic stop on Old Stage Road on February 1st.

19-year-old Laura Lehman was charged with first offense possession of marijuana and with possession of drug paraphernalia.
