Advanced manufacturing training scholarship available at Northeast Iowa Community College

Elevate Iowa, a non-profit initiative promoting career opportunities in advanced manufacturing, is offering a $500 scholarship to an Iowa high school senior interested in studying a manufacturing-related career at Northeast Iowa Community College. 

NICC advanced manufacturing programs to which the scholarship can apply include Welding, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Engineering Technology, Gas Utility Construction and Service, Heating and Air Conditioning, Industrial Maintenance Technician and a variety of others.

Interested candidates should apply by completing the application found at www.elevateiowa.com (click on "About" and select "Elevate Scholarship Program"). Applications are due March 31st.
