Oelwein resident arrested on numerous charges

An Oelwein resident faces six separate charges after being arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies late Monday night.

Jade Mcallister was stopped by deputies around 11:15 Monday night.  He was charged with second offense operating while under the influence; driving while license suspended; possession of controlled substance (meth), possession of controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and having an open container of alcohol.
