Harassment charge filed against a Calmar man

A charge of First Degree Aggravated Misdemeanor Harassment was filed Monday afternoon against a Calmar man.
39-year-old Joseph Mosher was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail. Mosher appeared before Magistrate Nathan Moonen and was held on $10,000 cash bond.
