An Ossian man and a Cedar Rapids woman were arrested by Decorah Police in separate incidents Sunday.
Police say they were called to the Haymarket around 12:45 Sunday morning. During their investigation, they arrested 30-year-old Jamie Whalen of Ossian on a charge of Public Intoxication and took him to the Winneshiek County Jail.
Around 2:30 Sunday morning, police made a traffic stop on Highway 9. 25-year-old Jamie Mae Dehning of Cedar Rapids was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated, police say. She had a prior conviction of OWI, so Decorah Police charged her with Second Offense Drunk Driving and took her to the Winneshiek County Jail.
