Bidding for the Highways 9 & 52 intersection project moved to March

Bid letting for the proposed improvements to the Highway 9 & 52 intersection in Decorah has been moved to March, according to Iowa DOT District 2 design engineer Nick Humpal.
The project was originally scheduled for the January Iowa DOT bid letting.
