Winneshiek County Cattlemen accepting applications for scholarships

Winneshiek County Cattlemen will be accepting applications until February 10th for its high school senior scholarship and college freshman scholarship.

The college scholarship is available to upcoming college sophomores enrolled in an ag-related major.  The high school senior scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who will enroll at a college, university or technical college.

Applications are available by contacting Eric Nordschow at 735-5547.

At the same time, the group is accepting applications from high school juniors or seniors interested in running for Beef Queen.  Parent or legal guardian must be a Winneshiek County Cattlemen's member when the application is turned in.
