WMC Decorah Clinic welcomes new family medicine and OB physician

The Winneshiek Medical Center Decorah Clinic has a new family medicine and OB physician.  

Dr. Lisa Zittergruen earned her bachelor of science in chemistry, biology and humanities from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana, and her medical degree from University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City. She completed her residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Following that she has been providing family medicine and obstetric care for more than four years in Milwaukee.

"I'm excited to join Decorah Clinic," says Dr. Zittergruen. "I am impressed by the teamwork here and I feel it translates into incredible relationships with our patients and the community."  She speaks Spanish and says she looks forward to providing comprehensive care to the growing number of Spanish speakers in the area.
