County board leaders are re-elected

The leadership of the Winneshiek County Board in 2017 will look identical to the leadership in 2016. All five incumbent supervisors returned to their posts on Tuesday, so County Board Chair John Logsdon and Vice Chair Dean Thompson were unanimously re-elected to their leadership positions.
