Decorah man arrested for drunk driving on Christmas Day

A Decorah man got an unwelcome present on Christmas.

Joel Yos Muj was arrested shortly before 1:00 Christmas morning on an aggravated misdemeanor charge of Second Offense Operating While under the Influence, as well as a second offense of driving without a valid driver's license.
