Decorah man arrested on drunk driving charge

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Decorah man around 2:00 Wednesday morning.

21-year-old Benjamin Blackburn was charged with Operating While Under the Influence. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
