Toppling Goliath beers will be sold in Illinois at Chicago's Field Museum

The label on one of Toppling Goliath Brewing Company's most popular beers, "Pseudo Sue," features the image of beloved T. rex SUE, who is displayed in Chicago at the Field Museum.

So it seems natural for Toppling Goliath and The Field Museum to announce a new partnership . With SUE as the backbone of this collaboration, The Field Museum and Toppling Goliath this week said they would work together on a number of future projects--including a brew exclusive to The Field Museum.

Toppling Goliath President Clark Lewey said, "We're proud and very excited to show our appreciation for the great work The Field Museum does, preserving our past, inspiring curiosity and of course, educating us all."

"Toppling Goliath is well-known by beer enthusiasts nationwide for its terrific lineup of beers," noted Field Museum Director of Business Enterprises Megan Williams.  "We're excited to tap into their mastery to help tell some of the many stories here at the museum. And what better way to tell stories than through and with beer?"
