Luther College's Director of Communications is heading back to the classroom

After nine years as Luther College's Vice President for Communications and Marketing, Rob Larson is heading back to the classroom.

It's been announced that Larson will return to the economics and business department next fall.  He has been a member of the economics and business faculty since 2003 and was granted tenure in 2007. He has continued to teach first-year Scholars Colloquium courses throughout his time as Vice President for Communications and Marketing.

Rob is Luther's first vice president for communications and marketing.  He has been responsible for coordinating six departments into an integrated communications and marketing division.

Notable achievements under his leadership include the growth of athletic event streaming and the introduction of music streaming and the design and implementation of a new web content management system.

The search for a successor will be conducted during the spring second semester.
