West Union man arrested on OWI charge

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department has arrested a West Union man on drunk driving charges.

25-year-old Brandon Schmitt was arrested at 2:00 a.m. Thursday, November 24th, near Festina. He was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence.
