Three arrested on drug charges Friday morning

Decorah Police made three arrests early Friday morning on Old Stage Road.
Officers stopped a vehicle shortly before 1:30 a.m., then arrested and jailed 19-year-old Nicholas Howe of Waukon on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Two passengers in the vehicle--18-year-old Luke Price of Waukon and 22-year-old Ryan Melcher of Lansing--were arrested and jailed on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
