Eldorado man faces charge of Serious Assault on two Decorah women

Decorah Police have charged an Eldorado resident--42-year-old Travis McIntyre--with Serious Assault and 3rd Degree Burglary following a disturbance Friday night on Main Street in Decorah.

Police were called to the home by two women, who said McIntyre had forced his way into the back part of the house and assaulted one of the two women inside the home.

McIntyre was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
