Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce's Nikki Brevig prepares for her next chapter

The leadership of the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce is in the process of transitioning.

Executive Director Nikki Brevig will be vacating her position at the Chamber at the end of December to complete a practicum as part of her graduate studies.

Brevig has been Executive Director for the DACC for twelve years. Prior to joining the DACC team, she worked for Hallmark Loyalty Marketing Group and Aquila, Inc. as Communications Coordinator.

She is a native of Decorah, returning in 2003 after living in the Kansas City metro area for six years.

Looking back, Brevig says her biggest accomplishment as the Executive Director was moving the DACC office to its current location on Water Street. This move played a significant role in launching the DACC to the next level.
