Casey's is planning changes for its College Drive location

City of Decorah officials are working with Casey's Stores on a proposal for a new store building at its College Drive location.

The convenience store chain wants to demolish its existing building at the location and put up a new building.  The existing gas pumps and overhang would not be affected by the building construction.

Members of the City of Decorah Planning and Zoning Commission have discussed the tentative site plan for the project, but there are still several details to be worked out before city approval is given.
