Election yard signs can be recycled after November 8th

Winneshiek County Recycling Department Manager Terry Buenzow says he can't remember ever seeing an election with this many campaign signs.

He wants to make sure the public knows the Recycling Center will be recycling political yard signs again this year.  A container will be set up in the drop off building at the recycling plant once the election is over.

Buenzow expects to be busy starting November 9th--"The quantity out there this year is like nothing I have ever seen before," he says.
