Decorah woman ticketed following two-vehicle accident

A Decorah woman has been ticketed following a two-vehicle accident at Water Street and Mill Street in Decorah last Friday.

69-year-old Elizabeth Landas turned left in front of a car being driven by 78-year-old Norma Holthaus of Decorah.  The resulting crash caused a total of $10,000 in damages.

Holthaus complained of possible injuries and was taken by ambulance to Winneshiek Medical Center. 

Landas was ticketed for Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way on a left turn.
