New aerial ladder fire truck has arrived in Decorah

Decorah's newest piece of fire-fighting equipment arrived Tuesday night.

The aerial ladder fire truck comes from the City of Indianola at a cost of $900,000.  Winneshiek County and Luther College are helping to pay the cost of the fire truck.

The newly-arrived truck will replace the city's existing fire truck, which had begun to have mechanical problems.
