City of Decorah crews will pick up curbside leaves in Ward 2 this week

The City of Decorah's Street Department has a bin at its office at 108 Railroad Avenue where city residents can drop off leaves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  But you can also rake your leaves into windrow piles along the curb in front of your house and wait for city crews to come pick them up.

There's a rotating schedule for leaf pickup, organized according to voting wards.  The week of October 17th city crews will pick up leaves in Ward 2.  Ward 2 is bordered on the north by Water Street, on the west by Mechanic Street and Short Street, on the east by Montgomery Street and on the south by Skyline Drive (click on map below)
