Winneshiek County Development celebrated "Manufacturing Month" with popcorn gifts

Representatives from Winneshiek County Development in October recognized "Manufacturing Month" by giving flavored popcorn from Pinter's Gardens and Pumpkins to the county's largest manufacturers.

The 18 companies selected employ more than 5,000 people throughout the region.
