Ask Mr. Answer Person: "Are the colored lights on the Trout Run Trail Bridge not working?"

Mary asks: "Are the colored lights on the Trout Run Trail Bridge not working?  They seem to be out when I drive under the bridge at night."

Mr. Answer Person says: "Yes, you're right.  Decorah City Administrator Chad Bird maintains the colored light display.  He says he knows about the problem and is trying to figure out how to solve it. 

The lights are controlled by a computer program, which means it's not a case of replacing a lightbulb.  Chad Bird says he'll begin experimenting with solutions--but it might take awhile.
