Details released about flood relief fundraiser later this month in Decorah

As mentioned by decorahnews.com on Sunday, volunteers in Decorah have been working on the details of another flood relief fundraiser.

On Wednesday, details were released of that fundraiser, which will be called "Flood Kin Relief."

The fundraiser will span from Wednesday, October 19th, through Sunday, October 23rd.  On Wednesday Decorah area restaurants will donate proceeds from their sales to the flood relief fund.  On Thursday, area retailers will donate proceeds from their retail sales.  On Friday, industries, service businesses, nonprofits and other businesses are encouraged to have employees donate to the flood relief fund.  On Saturday there will be a benefit concert at T-Bock's, featuring local artists.  On Sunday, area churches will collect a free-will offering for the flood relief fund.
