Rebound Hospitality Chief Executive Officer Brett Reese told Decorah Rotary Club members Tuesday that the new hotel development being built on Highway 9 in Decorah will eventually include office space.
Reese says Rebound is working hard to get an 84-room Fairfield Inn & Suites built on the former Bluffs Inn property in time for an August of 2017 opening.
But an architect's sketch shown to Rotary Club members included space for a restaurant on the property and a third space that Reese says will become office space. The building will be separated from the Pizza Hut restaurant to the east by a parking lot. People will be able to enter the office building either on the first floor from the parking lot, or from the upper floor from parking spaces to the west.
Reese says the office building project won't begin until next spring because the focus now is on getting the new hotel built.
