Decorah businesses donate items to Winneshiek County Celebration of Life for a raffle on Friday

The Winneshiek County Celebration of LIfe has announced several businesses and individuals have just donated items that will be raffled on Friday at the group's annual fundraiser.

Raffle tickets will be sold at the event, with prizes now including a ring donated by Hammel Jewelers, a TV donated by Sims TV and Electronics and a spa package donated by Eclips Salon and Day Spa.  The fourth raffle prize will be a quilt done in memory of Kathy McNeal.

The Celebration of Life event from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday at T-Bock's Upstairs will raise money to be given to breast cancer and other cancer patients in Winneshiek County, helping to cover the costs of mammograms and the costs of out-of-town cancer treatments.
