Waterloo man arrested on multiple charges

A Waterloo man was taken into custody by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies shortly before 5:00 Thursday morning.

29-year-old Nicolas Smith was arrested on two charges--Felony Domestic Assault and Interference with Official Acts--and is also wanted in Black Hawk County on three outstanding warrants.

Smith was arrested and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
