County Social Services officials are stressing to the public that they are available to help provide counseling to people who are suffering depression or any other mental problems because of the recent flooding.
CSS official Sheila Kobliska says she's already worked with several people who came to their agency for help. While assistance largely includes mental health counseling, there are a limited amount of funds available to help replace flood-damaged goods owned by people who have been getting treatment for mental health issues.
