Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation and chambers of commerce and economic development organizations in Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek counties are collecting money for people impacted by the recent flooding.
Checks should be made to NEICAC Flood Relief with the designated county in the memo line. Individuals and businesses interested in donating to the fund can send their cash or check to any of six organizations:
