Dumpsters for flood damaged items will remain open

Items left in the lower Oneota Co-op parking lot

The clean-up continues following last week's flooding in Winneshiek County.

City and county officials announced Monday that dumpsters at the lower level Oneota Co-op parking lot in the City of Decorah and at the Winneshiek County Landfill in Freeport will remain open until further notice.

Clean up kits are still available for pickup at the Decorah Fire Station.
